Green Beans

This Serious Eats recipe reminded me of my Mamaw Jennings' green beans. I used canned beans from from Mamaw Crawford and Benton's bacon, which made them extra tasty. I might skip the apple cider vinegar next time to trade out the "German potato salad" flavor in favor of a more true Southern flavor. Either way, they were delicious.
