Town House Spring 2011

Returned to Town House this past weekend for our third visit. Amazing, yet again. Perhaps the best experience yet. I literally ate every bite of everything. And, of course, the wine pairings from Charlie Berg were spot on. Can't wait to go back!

I didn't take notes, so I am not sure if dish descriptions are accurate...

Turbot chicharone

Cucumber, young almonds, fresh farm cheese, spinach mousse

Oysters, chilled cream?, herbs, and other awesome stuff

Chilled roasted shallot in yuzu olive oil?

Softshell crab, assorted onions, fresh seaweed, and more

Some sort of amazing creamy grain dish with asparagus and herbs
